I admit I'm a BIG fan of gambling-gosh did I have fun.. though I only won Rm200 hahahaha

I love the theme park rides, even though I've tried all of them at least 15 times, but each time I go up the spaceshot I get the same jiggly feeling hahaha

Love the company that I was with..It was just the getaway that I need , somewhere near and cheap.

Ytd after work, the plan was to go down to Meritus Mandarin to meet Mr Santoso and go for 7:20 at Cathay Cineleisure...

I reached Somerset trainstation at 6:45- EARLY! En route to Meritus, I rcved an sms from Miss Selfridge, they are having a mega sale at Wisma from 7pm -9pm that very evening! Cool, I excitedly brisk walk/jog to the store. Couldn't believe my eyes. Miss Selfridge & Dorothy Perkins were closed..CLOSED..no shop in Wisma Atria is closed on Thursday evening! Whats more crazy is there's a Snakelike queue forming outside the 2 shops. Being a very typical auntie and my liking for clothes from Miss Selfridge, I joined the que.Hahaha & 5 minutes into queing, I looked behind me to find that the number of people behind me is about the same as those infront of me. How CRAZY! 6:58, they opened the doors to Dorothy Perkins, 40% from the que went there. But not me, I faithfully stayed on and rushed in at 7pm~ I browsed quickly due to time constraints(gotta rush for movie & I know Mr Santoso is in Wisma alrdeay Gosh) Grabbed 2 tops and went to the cashier..big big discount 1 top was $66 - After a 50% discount-there's an additional 15%. Got it at $28 ~~~~~~

I walked out of the shop , satisfied with what I've accomplished and found Mr Santoso at the door grinning at me with the' you are fast! ' expression. And we brisk walked/jog to catch 'What Happen in Vegas'. Totally fantastic. I love that show~~~~~~~

Afternoon with nothing to do...

It's a boring day at work...

My campaigns are doing exceptionally well, client is happy, boss is happy, that leaves me BORED
I've gotten used to my 9am-6pm work, never thought I will be okay working routinely. (Not that I think I'm special, neither am I someone always on the lookout for excitement. Quite to the contrary, I'm plain LAZY)

Recently, I'm always musing to myself about what a GREAT boss I work under and blah blah so I thought I would post a pic of my wonder boss!

Met Willie

Met Willie at Marina Square after I knock off yesterday. We were supposed to be looking around for a ahem for one of his ahem girl ahem friends. But as usual, our tummies rule above all else.. so off we head to Kam boat for DIM SUM !







The kam boat restaurant TOTALLY empty, I think Willie had it booked so we could enjoy private time (whahahhaha) Anyway, the food tasted good.





Over dinner, we began our usual crapping. From current work, to school, to our good old days and a little bit of gossiping + complains about bf/gf. Comfortable to have a buddy whom you can discuss anything under the sun with. But I'm not comfortable, I'm FORTUNATE cos I have about 4 of such buds who I can confide all my dirty secrets(not that there are many).

After food, its time for a short walk, browsed around for options of gifts, en route to our DESERT

Fatty Fatty day! Result - Dim Sum dinner, Ben & Jerry's for dessert. alot of crapping - no gifts bought.

Oyah, before meeting Willie, I went to Ms Selfridge and found out that I've upped a clothes size! Good gracious NO

Back from Pagoh..Back to Work

Yoohooo, I'm back!

It was a fantastic trip, gossiped so so much with the Aunties, stuffing my mouth every 5 seconds with delicious eatties, playing card games and having a good laugh with kids ranging from 14 years old to 32 . Spent alot of time with my mum and God Bloody NO! I actually went for a blood test examination in MUAR! Whhahahahahaha ...Seriously I seldom almost never heard any Singaporean getting their health checking in Malaysia's maincity Kuala Lumpur, and definitely not Muar. But that's exactly what we did. Early on Saturday morning 7 women trooped down to a small clinic in Muar to get our body checked and blood taken to be tested for 20 odd diseases. Phew. WHY were we doing that ? Simply because that doctor has found a virus in one of my auntie's liver and gave her effective medication. Afterwhich he told her, she was very lucky, as that virus could have turned into cancer if it has been left unattended! As you can guess, the next day the quntie told everyone in her kampong and everyone told their relatives from other kampong and the doctor in Muar is enjoying great business, I'm not saying he is a QUACK, I don't even care he is, but I'm just musing over what a great way this is to get good business.

Anyway I would just like to take back my words on what a boring place Pagoh is, because it's not as bad as I imagined, I had fun, time past fast, Mum loved the trip . I enjoyed the company of my aunties, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews, and has came to realise that a big family is indeed a blessing~

Mother's day Weekend

I assume everyone reading this, is as fillal as me and is nice to their parents 365 days a year (quite a difficult task to accomplish, if you have a demanding mom though). But since is Mother's day this weekend, lets be super duper sugary nice !

What am I doing this mother's day weekend ?

I'm going to accompany Her Majesty to Pagoh(a small town in Muar(a city in M'sia)) It's basically a bloody kampong with lots of mosquitoes, flies, chickens, ducks, wild boar.And honestly speaking, its actually the last place on earth where I would want to end up at for a WEEKEND. But when MUMMY suddenly become all sweet and caring speaking in that incredibly gentle voice of hers, asking me if I could accompany her to visit her sister's family this MOTHER'S DAY weekend...My fate for the weekend is sealed.What can I say???? ... There was only one option and God Bless me for having the knowledge to not do otherwise.

Now I'm sitting at my office desk on Friday afternoon looking all gloomy and sad.

But at least I won't be guilty feeling I haven't done much for dear mummy.

Just a week ago, I was still scratching my brains out on what present to get for Mom for Mother's Day. I'm too broke for decent jewellery, she has too many bags, can't afford to get her another Gucci or you will see me eating grass in Mandai zoo. But now, no worries, perfect solution, a small small box of bird nest, a little pocket $, and a weekend to bloody #@$#^%* pagoh with Mum. How perfect ! (perfectly shitty to be in pagoh)(If any of my pagoh neices nephews, cousins, aunties & uncles are reading this, do not talk about my blog during this weekend in Pagoh, MANY MANY THANKS)
