Some clarifications aka CRAPPING

Recently I've been getting some feedback from my so called old-friends. Hmmm...as far as I can remember I don't have any old friends...only good friends, super good friends and 1 or is that 2 损友s . Most of the feedback has the same content .."have boyfriend..dunwan friend"..quickly dump your boyfriend then call us.", and also comments reminding me that I owe my diploma to them hehhehe...and also I remember who nagged me through all the big Downs in my life, and who always loyally listen to my complains...How can I ever forget my 恩人s ?

正所谓得人恩果千年记,而我又是那么一个有原则的人, so don't fret...it just happens that I'm currently hmm..how do u call it...XP? being xtra-pwned..if I were to admit it myself...grrr..for one who has never been in this situation be4..it's rather tough...maybe I should learn from previous masters such as Eric,Mr Sun and 1 more XP in the making from what I gather could be Mr He...Anyway the point is...I shall not give in to this ok...I shall reverse the situation in 1 week's time from now..by then you shall be seeing so much of me..maybe u wanna kick me out of your sight.

Of course there's always the considerations of Mrs Lim...who is forever in mood swings...God bless me with immense patience to deal with these delicate situations ...Amen.

Oh man ..this guy's a goner..while I can still try my best at looking pretty Hehehe...Poor christ suffered the penalty of 3 shots at a time + carry the saucepan..Whahahahaha

I'm amazed by how much Sinca can drink..I think I've yet to witness any1 drink as much as him..Brrrrr....Of course he became quite wasted for the whole of Sunday...whahahahaa

Coincidentally they are wearing identical shirts from G2000. Hehhehe.

Wii requires lots of action from the players ya know..which left me exhausted ...so I need some kind of energy replenishment ..hehe

It has been so long since I last tasted katong laksa..oh..How I've missed it!!! Yum..yum

Now they've got air conditioned dining area beside the old kopi tiam(I'm just so outdated)..but we still prefer eating in open space..have more 'feel' mah...lol

Wawa turns 5 years old

On Monday , 11 June 2007, Wawa the princess dog turns 5 years old ! This is equivalent to 35 years old using doggy age..Wow..now wawa steps into middle age..What an old dog..lol

So we got together to celebrate her bday at our favourite crabbie place..

As it wasn't too convenient for her to go to the kopitiam..we left her at home first...But we did prepare a sumptuous birthday dinner for her..with lots of pork, spare ribs..eggs..greenies for dessert..Also there's a birthday costume

Oh...So she's supposed to be a bee...She used to have an outfit of a bee too..it waS One of Nikey Jang I rem..but she grew out of it. Now Eloise's got her a new one..So she's a little bee once more

I cancelled the job + recent updates

Ahh all the excitment about landing a full time job...Hehehe In the end I cancelled it..Due to relentless efforts made by Papa n mama to talk me out of it. In the end even Chris joined in to psycho me to cancel the job...I called in on Saturday morning to the mobile phone of the kind man who hired me...He was slightly upset but ended the conversation nicely with me...Wew

Now I'm back to square ONE. Okok...I will get my priorites straight ...Complete my degree with good results first...All other nonsense shall be on hold. I do hate studying by now....

Been browsing apartments/condos over the weekend. Cos Chris good fren and hometown mate,( Sinca)is looking for a new place..His landlord is selling the house..Sinca decides that he does not want to deal with further landlord problems and has convinced his mum to buy an apartment/condo in SGP..Cool. And so me n Chris were invited along to give whatever opinions we have. All the houses are pretty, the agent took some efforts to site down decent places..but no matter how I look at it..All the asking price are skyhigh...But why should I worry..ultimately I'm not the one buying.Hahaha getting kinda sour eh..cos It did be nice If I can go from one apt to another saying: 'Ok, This is nice..I will buy this.' Bleah ..as if...

Chris bought a 32"lcd tv last week and a home theatre system..These stuffs look out of place in his room..reason being his room is small..these things belongs to a living room ..5 surround speakers n a big TV...come on ..my living room tv is only 29"...But I gotta admit ..it's a much better feeling watching movies in his room now compared to my living room. Too lazy to look for my camera and post the updates. Will get them done probably tomorrow.

I wanted quite badly to join Adeline, Mr Sun, Philbert & Peter to play overnight mahjoing...but the pressure to face if I go home in the wee hours is too great for me to bear...hope u guys understand..Aww I do miss the good old days.

Few weeks ago, I was just rather smug..thinking that I'm the luckiest @#$^%%^*&( on this earth...The problem with feeling so fu*kin blissful is that..when suddenly Life's not so nice to u...u feel it's the end...hmmph..But I've seen a substantial amount of sadness to realise that Nothing's the end. Just sleep through it.

Work Or dun work

I'm supposed to start work officially on Monday,11/7/07, but Mum and Dad doesn't seem too happy about the job I've gotten. They are pretty fine with the jobscope and the pay.. but they feel that the working hours an ass..

Which I have to agree...My working hours are from 8:00a.m-5:30p.m
Now abit lost...But I really think there's alot of things I can pick up on the job..

Back to Earth

Oki...though supposedly theres another 5 more entries for my Indo trip..I think I'm abit sick of recalling..will ave it for next time..been 2 weeks since I'm back..What have I been doing? Catching up with my laggard schoolwork of course...feel guilty to my papa n mama for not being around for such a long time..So I've been spending alot of time with family soon.Also paiseh that everytime my friends jio me I can't make it..thanks for ur understandingness ~

I went for a job interview yesterday afternoon as I was a bit bored with my stagnant life..much to my surprise..I was confirmed for the full time position on the spot..Omg..not mentally prepared to start full time work...Hehehe

Meeting Yaga and Del tonight at 85 for dinner...Awww I miss them so..also miss the chicken wings..carrot cake *winks Hehe

Indonesia trip 7th day -Nintendo Wii

By the 7th day..my body's abit worn out..Hehehe what can one expect? I get less than 5 hours of sleep each day and the last I recalled I'm supposed to be on Holiday not training camp. That's because chris friends are too nice...from morning to night..they've got it all planned out for us..till there's not a single boring moment..Ahhhh

Back to Mangga Dua to dig out more goodies..

After the morning madness of clothes..shoes grabbing, I dutifully followed Mr Christian Santoso & Gerry to the technology department in Mangga Dua where Mr Christian Santoso start his buying....

Yea ! He bought a Nintendo WII , extra controller for me ~ and lots of pirated games...I thought IT stuffs cheaper in SGP. But It's slightly cheaper there ..and I tink Chris wants to be loyal to his country for once ..hehe

Anyway..we got back to his sister's house and started playing ! I like WII..it gets u moving !! Ahhh..abit crazed to it now..and for all who knows me..will know that I'm not exactly what u can call a gamer...

After 2 hours of playing..we had to pack up and get changed..as his sister just bought a new house and the people at their church are coming over to perform some kinda ceremony...

We didn't stay through for the ceremony...as Chris often complains to be that the Pizza Hut in Singapore ain't nice at all...so he takes the wheel and brings me to try out the {izza Hut in Jakarta

Indonesia trip 6th day - Piggying continues

The shops start to close..with our bags full...3 pairs of jeans for me, 1 dark grey, 1 light grey, 1 blue . lots of tees..some shorts and tees for my mates in Singapore.Pants for Cela...We are on our way back to Cela's house to take a rest and await Gerry+Jimmy from their long day @ the office.

While waiting for Gerry and Jimmy..Carlo(Cela's golden retriever) decided to entertain Chris..Hehehehe.. He is a big doggy there.Very loving !!! Weighs 40kg..is only 1.5 years old..going overweight soon.Welcome to my club, Carlo ~

Seems like Carlo's not too keen to take a photo with us commoners..Hmmph

Its ok since Gerry and Jimmy arrived not long after to take us to dinner ~

Me and Chris shared a bowl of ice cream consisting of 6 delightful flavours while jimmy looked on at us with disgust..He never can figure out how I manage to consume so much food. Lol..seems like that will remain a big question mark for all of Christ's friends. = )

Indonesia trip 6th day - Continue piggying

We arrived at Taman Anggrek mall for some Bakso GM even before the mall was fully opened..hehe

Boy I could still recall the taste of those crispy dumplings..yum yum..can see that I've added on some weight to my body ..Sigh...

Next stop : Mangga Dua to meet up with dearest Marcela for more shopping

Mangga Dua consists of 4000 shops altogether..You can find everything you want here..shoes..clothes..skirts..dresses..belts..electronics..yes..lots of hardware software..toys ..games etc.

After3 hours of shopping, Christ raised the white flag and tempted me to have tea break ~

Indonesia trip 5th day - Back to JKT

Woke up early ~

This is Christ's sis house in JKt. The house that I slept in 80% of my time in Indonesia...Its very spacious and beautifully decorated. Would love to own something like this..imagine calling it my home...ahhh..carries on dreaming.

By the way, I found out that most Indonesian family have a maid..and alot of them have more than 1 maid..Christ sis have 4 maids I think, not that I can tell each one apart from another..all look the same..When I first saw the maids, I was shocked...What a great invasion of privacy..why the hell does a person need 4 maids? Afterall most of the time the house only has 2 occupants -Christ's sis and his bro in law... But day by day I start to realise the usefulness of the maids..the whole house is kept speck and clean at all times..Any clothes that need to be washed iron fold..can be done the very minute u want it..Also they help out alittle in his sis business from time to time.

Shown below is the most popular vehicle used by Indonesian familes..It's the Toyota Kijang..u can practically see 1 zoom past u every 20 seconds..According to the locals, its cheap, saves on fuel and spacious.

Thats the personal driver..took a snap of him when he wasn't looking my way...God knows that In Singapore, which is where I come from..even millionaires hardly use a personal driver..but it is common for Toms Dicks and Harrys to hire personal drivers in Indonesia. Argggh
